Common questions
Do I have to have monitoring?
No. Monitoring is optional, but without it the system alerts only the people on your call list. We explain both options in your proposal.
Will my staff set off the alarm by accident?
We set up entry delays and give each person their own code, and we show your staff how to arm and disarm the system before we leave.
Can the alarm and cameras work together?
In many cases, yes. We often design them as one system so an alarm event can be checked on video.
What if I already have an alarm system?
We inspect it and tell you whether to expand it, upgrade it or replace it.
